WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to info@amoreandsorvete.com immediately and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out, however if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. Please note that PRE-SALE items cannot be cancelled.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO DISPATCH?

Please allow up to 48 hours for an order to dispatch, however we attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours. Please note during peak season and holidays it may take longer than expected. If it has taken long please check that it's not a pre-sale item.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. WHAT DOES PRE-SALE MEAN?

If an item is noted as pre-sale, it means the item is available for purchase however not yet available for delivery. The estimated delivery dates will be marked below the item. Once we have received the pre-sale stock, we will immediately fulfill all pre-sale orders.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

To change your delivery address, please email info@amoreandsorvete.com with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.

WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please note that our tags and signature gold hearts on the swimwear are hand sewn and can detach with wear and tear.

All the seamless swimwear labels are designed to be cut off, as the items are reversible.

These circumstances are not classified as a faulty item.

I WANT A STYLE THAT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK! WHAT CAN I DO?

If there is an item that you want that is not available, you can sign up online (under the colour option) to be notified! Let us know your preferred color and size and add your email to sign-up. If we receive a restock or a return of what you are chasing, we will email you immediately.

How much does shipping cost? The Standard is $15 and Express is $25

How long will shipping take? Standard 9-12 business days. Express 5-7 business days

How much is shipping? If you spend $150 or over it is $30, if you spend less than $150 it is $35

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped, with your tracking number via email. You can track this online with your tracking number.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

Please note; we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once the delivery has been confirmed with our courier company, shipment is out of our hands and you will need to deal directly with either Australia Post or DHL.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES?

Please be aware that your country upon arrival may charge customs and duties taxes. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at the time of delivery. Please note;not every country has these taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer store credits only for all returns.

These store credits will be valid for 6 months. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock. We receive new styles and stock every couple of months and ask that you respect our policy when purchasing at Amore + Sorvete. 

How do I exchange my bikini?

It’s easy! All you need to do is click on the link to download the Exchange Form.

Just ensure that you print it, fill out all the required information and place it in the returning package so that we can issue you with a store credit.

Can you refund a return?

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds unless an item is faulty.

How do I redeem my credit note?

To use your credit note to purchase online, all you need to do is paste the code in the payment method section at the checkout. If you have any further issues please reach out to us as info@amoreandsorvete.com

How long do I have to return my order?

We accept all returns that have been shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. In addition to this, please ensure that all items are in the condition you received them in.

This means that they are clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces), unwashed and with original hang tags attached.

What if my return is late? (10 days)

Can I exchange a sale Item?

All items discounted or purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note this excludes the sign up subscription discount.

Do you cover return shipment costs?

We cannot cover costs for your shipping of your return, however PayPal can help. With PayPal’s Free Return Shipping service you can claim up to 4 refunds (on eligible purchases) to the value of $45 each. Please note you will have to make the claim to PayPal after you have sent your item back, so they can reimburse you for your shipping.

How can I get a refund on the return shipping costs with PayPal?

It’s Simple! Just follow the steps below:

1. Activate the service at www.paypal.com.au/returns

2. Return the item to us as per our returns policy

3. Submit an online claim form through PayPal Returns Portal and upload your return shipping receipt within 14 days of returning the item

4. PayPal will review the claim and refund the money into their PayPal account within 10 business days.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY AMORE + SORVETE SWIMWEAR?

To keep your swimwear in its best shape, we recommend you rinse in clean, cold water immediately after every use. Please hand wash in very mild soapy water to remove perspiration, lotions, oils, and chemicals.
Be sure to avoid:
• High exposure to chlorine, as they will damage your garments structure and colour;
• Direct sunlight when drying garments. Please ensure your drip-dry garments flat and in shade to avoid fading of the colour over time;
• Do not tumble dry;
• Do not bleach, soak or wring garments;
• Avoid rough surfaces, excessive contact with sun creams, oils and over chlorinated pools/spas.
