WHERE IS MY ORDER?
MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, BUT I HAVE SINCE BEEN CONTACTED THAT AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. WHY IS THIS?
Changes to your order can be made by contacting the info@amoreandsorvete.com We aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes. We do not cancel orders
Shipping times vary depending whether you are located domestically or internationally. For all shipping details, head to our shipping & exchange page.
When you purchase on Amore + Sorvete online you'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You can use this tracking number to track your order.
To change your delivery address, please email info@amoreandsorvete.com with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.
No, we do not have proof of purchase statements in our parcels. However you will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. By entering your email when placing an order, this will insure any order confirmation & tracking will be sent to you.

If an item is flagged as pre-sale, this means the item is yet to be delivered to our warehouse. Once we have received the pre-sale item we will fulfil all pre-sale orders. An estimated delivery date will be written on all pre-sale items online.
We do re-stock some styles, on every individual product page located under the size options click on the 'notify me when restocked' button. We will then notify you when this style is re-stocked. If an item is returned for an exchange, it will then re-appear in the size options.
Return/exchange shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please address all exchange/returns to the following:

Yes, at Amore + Sorvete we take your privacy seriously. We don't store any information you give us securely. Amore + Sorvete does not store your personal credit card information.
