If you have not received your order by advised or predicted time, we advise you to contacting Amore & Sorvete directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org You are then able to follow up on your order and ask for any tracking information that will help locate your order.
MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, BUT I HAVE SINCE BEEN CONTACTED THAT AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. WHY IS THIS?
On the rare occasions an item at our Fulfilment warehouse may be missing or since sold out. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Changes to your order can be made by contacting the email@example.com We aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been despatched, we will not be able to make any changes. We do not cancel orders
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
When you purchase on Amore + Sorvete online you'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You can use this tracking number to track your order.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
To change your delivery address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be able to make any changes to the delivery address.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR A GIFT FOR SOMEONE; WILL THEY RECEIVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE EMAIL OR STATEMENT IN THEIR PARCEL?
No, we do not have proof of purchase statements in our parcels. However you will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. By entering your email when placing an order, this will insure any order confirmation & tracking will be sent to you.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

WHAT DOES PRE-SALE MEAN?
If an item is flagged as pre-sale, this means the item is yet to be delivered to our warehouse. Once we have received the pre-sale item we will fulfil all pre-sale orders. An estimated delivery date will be written on all pre-sale items online.
HOW DO I WAS MY BIKINI?
Amore + Sorvete recommends hand washing all swimwear in cold water.
WILL YOU BE RE-STOCKING OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
We do re-stock some styles, on every individual product page located under the size options click on the 'notify me when restocked' button. We will then notify you when this style is re-stocked. If an item is returned for an exchange, it will then re-appear in the size options.
